1. Overview
Waprexo offers two kinds of payments: subscription plans (monthly or yearly) for platform features, and prepaid wallet recharges used to pay WhatsApp message charges levied by Meta. Because these work differently, their refund rules are different. This policy should be read with our Terms & Conditions.
| Payment type | Refund eligibility |
|---|---|
| New subscription (first purchase) | Full refund if requested within 7 days of payment, subject to the conditions below |
| Subscription renewals | Not refundable once the new billing period has started |
| Unused wallet balance | Refundable on account closure, after deducting payment gateway charges |
| Wallet amount already used for messages | Not refundable |
| Duplicate or failed payments | Fully refunded |
2. Subscription Plans
- If you are not satisfied after purchasing a plan for the first time, you may request a full refund within 7 days of the payment date.
- This first-purchase refund is available once per customer or business, and only if the account has not been used in breach of our Terms or Meta's policies.
- After 7 days, subscription fees are non-refundable, including for partially used billing periods.
- Yearly plans follow the same 7-day window. We do not provide pro-rata refunds for the remaining months of a yearly plan.
- When you upgrade a plan, any adjustment for the remaining period of your current plan is applied as shown at checkout and is not paid out as cash.
3. Wallet Recharges
- Wallet balance is used to pay per-message charges for marketing, utility, authentication and other WhatsApp conversations at the rates shown in your dashboard.
- Amounts already deducted for messages sent are not refundable, because these charges are payable to Meta as soon as the message is sent, whether or not the recipient reads it.
- Unused wallet balance can be refunded when you close your account. Payment gateway charges and applicable taxes may be deducted from the refund.
- Promotional or bonus credit added by Waprexo has no cash value and is not refundable.
4. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds are not available in the following situations:
- Your account, phone number or WhatsApp Business Account is restricted, flagged or banned by Meta because of quality issues, user reports or policy violations.
- Your message templates are rejected by Meta.
- Your account is suspended or terminated by us for breach of our Terms & Conditions, spam or misuse.
- Messages were not delivered because recipients were not on WhatsApp, had blocked your number, or due to Meta or network limitations.
- You did not use the Service, forgot to cancel a renewal, or changed your mind after the refund window.
5. Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard or by contacting us. Cancellation stops future renewals; you will keep access to your plan's features until the end of the current billing period. Cancelling a plan does not automatically refund your wallet balance — to request a wallet refund, you must close your account as described below.
6. Failed & Duplicate Payments
If money was debited from your account but the payment failed, or you were charged twice for the same transaction, the extra amount will be refunded in full. Most failed payments are reversed automatically by the bank or payment gateway within 5–7 business days. If you do not receive it, please contact us with the transaction reference.
7. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact us or email info@waprexo.com from your registered email address with:
- your registered email address and business name;
- the invoice number or payment transaction ID;
- the amount and the reason for the refund request.
We will review your request and reply within 3 business days.
8. Refund Processing
Approved refunds are made to the original payment method (card, UPI, net banking or wallet) and are usually processed within 5–7 business days of approval. The time taken for the amount to appear in your account depends on your bank or payment provider. We do not refund in cash or to a different account.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The version in effect on the date of your payment will apply to that payment. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date.
